Every time I had a question. I called Thompson Cigars, and the staff was absolutely amazing. They answered every question I had, and made sure I understood it to the fullest. And due to the fact they were so kind with me. I recommend Thompson Cigars to all of my family and friends

The cigars were not as fresh, moist as they should be. They are expensive and should be fresh.

I wasnt happy with my last purchase because when I got my last shipment, I was supposed to receive a gift bundle valued at $180 with it but did not. This was the whole reason why I bought more cigars. Then I called customer service and they told me that gift bundles were only available while inventory was available. Customer service agent apologized but said he could offer me a $40 allowance to my next purchase. I told him that this is so unfair. Honestly, I am not sure I will continue as a customer
