I have been purchasing cigars from Thompsons for over 10 years now. Their service is prompt & excellent. Pricing is very affordable, and I truly enjoy their Victor Sinclair flavored cigars. This is no joke, this is my smoke !!

The deals are unparalleled. That I won’t argue. But the customer service was ‘meh’. Had a shipment get stuck/lost/stolen with no tracking updates for 7 days, and they wanted to wait longer before refund or re-ship. CS gave a non-answer with no steps, no plan, just a “that’s not our policy” So I had to submit a chargeback to make sure I didn’t get bamboozled by Thompson. I am not bound to some private equity owned companies bad customer policies. A customer has a right to protect themselves. That it makes their life harder, should be taken into consideration when making non-customer focused decisions.

I really like these, I have one everyday. They will be a slow burn for about an hour. They are mild, and have a great mouth feel.

I got just what I ordered, after speaking to “Doug “ (an extremely competent and courteous representative), but delivery took several days longer than expected.
