I like most of the selection. I do t like the not-free shipping option, unless you spent over a certain amount. Deliveries take longer then expected. Most coupons don't work.

I bought Don Rafael Fumas Connecticut for a daily smoke, only maybe one out of 5 was smokable. I have thrown away most of what I bought. I wasn’t expecting much when I bought them, but I couldn’t even smoke them. Worst cigars I have ever had.

Thompson Cigar ordering website needs improvement. Several time when ordering on-line I suppose to get free shipping and wasn’t given free shipping so I DID NOT confirm my order. I canceled the order before confirming.

Your prices seem to be very competitive and lots of times beat your competitors. Your Cigars arrive well packaged but it takes a long time to get them.
