I order Cigars and they magically arrive at my house. In the past I have had an issue with an order and it was sorted out in short order. Kudos! I will also say that at times, some cigars show up dry. I just revive them and go on with my life.

We have been clients for over 10 years and have spent thousands with your company. We have to fight almost all the time to get our order delivered. It's very frustrating to pay extra for shipping and then we may or may not receive our order

I ordered a box of Perdomo Bourbon Barrel aged Maduro 6 x 60 Cigars. What i received was a box of Connecticuts. I called customer service and they sent a replacement overnight. Well, they sent another box of Connecticuts. To say I was unhappy was an understatement. Because of this screwup, I've had to miss two Cigar events that I was taking the Maduros to. So another call to customer service and more apologies for the mistake and they will make sure I get the right Cigars and they sent me a third order, hopefully the third times the charm. Hell no. I got another box of Connecticuts. Now I have $600 in Cigars I dont smoke or want. Now they are ignoring me when I call or sent a request to find out when Im ever going to get my Cigars.

Some of the cigars were very damp. Damp enough that after a week in the humidor they are still swollen and still couldn't keep it lit. Was going to take out of the wrapper but I would have to cut them they are so tight. Have used your company quite a few times but have never had a problem before. I have a second tin that I am afraid to open. Going to store them in a second humidifier for awhile to see if they dry.
