Exactly what I wanted and very fast delivery

They put out a good product I love the cigars I get monthly I wouldn’t think of anywhere else to go to buy my monthly box of cigars

I paid for expedited delivery and the delivery certainly was not expedited. I then contacted Thompson Cigars and was told the delivery charge would be credited, it has NOT been.

Thompson cigar met all my expectations as far as handling my order and getting it to me quickly. However, the cigars themselves were as hard as a rock.

I enjoy receiving your cigars and have smoked the same cigar for years except when they are on back order and I run out. It seems like when they do come in that I have multiple orders that overstocks me and that gets frustrating trying to get back on schedule especially when I get one of your representative that speaks poor English.

Company is always great. Customer service the couple times I’ve needed them to correct, help or fix something, they’ve done it and done extremely well.
