I am very pleased to do business with Thompson Cigar Company. Today, with prices soaring, you can still get good cigars at a reasonable price.

My most recent order of a 35 cigar sampler arrived fine. I had to make this order as my recently prior order of 20 cigars arrived crushed with the shipping box looking more like an accordion most of the sticks unusable. In spite of immediately contacting Customer Service and talking to a bot who promised to resend the 20 cigar order, that has not happened. I would appreciate if you would make that right. Thank you.

Keeping great traditional cigars

Predominantly use Charlie McGowan in the Concierge program.......could not be happier ! Very responsive, gives great recommendations..... makes the shopping experience fantastic.

The cigars look good. There are a few other great things in the box. Everything went well .
