I first bought Vincent Sinclair double shot samplers witch come in a glass tube, I really enjoyed them, I took some to a barbecue that I was invited to and I shared them with some experienced cigar smokers and they all enjoyed them! I was asked where I bought and I replied Thompson Cigars, a few of them looked up the company on their phones and ordered some.

Excellent cigars, good value as well. I do spend a little more to ship with UPS because USPS in Atlanta doesn’t have a good track record here( count on two-three extra days to get your package.

I called to cancel the order placed on August 16th, and I was assured that the representative would contact the warehouse to stop the shipment of the order made on August 15th. It is now August 20th, and I have received no confirmation or updates. I have no idea if the order was successfully canceled or if it has already been shipped. I am very frustrated by this lack of communication.
