The delivery was fast and without problems. The bag absolutely meets my expectations, although I find the bag straps, if you want to wear it as a shoulder bag, a bit short. However, the colors and workmanship are beautiful.

Bag received quicker than expected and in great condition. Colour is exactly what is shown. Such a cute bag and already received so many compliments. Very happy with purchase :)

There isn't much to say on the service.. I shop online, do enjoy their website make a purchase, get my confirmation and then about 4 weeks later I get the product. It's good overall.

It understandably took a little time in arriving to my home but it was worth it! The purse is gorgeous-admittedly smaller than I thought it would be but I really like it.

My product has not arrived. I have waited 4 weeks and I am still waiting.
