The bag itself, the bumblebee backpack, came in fine, although the shipping took a bit longer than the estimate the site gave. A few loose threads here and there, and has the scent of vegan leather, but overall the bag looks just like the picture. However, I recommend buyers look around before purchasing from this site because I noticed after purchasing the bags are cheaper on other sites. Also, the customer service is not very good, because when I sent an email to support, they never replied. Overall, I do not necessarily recommend purchasing the bags from the site, but I also didn't have that bad of an experience all things considered and think the products are still decent quality if you want to purchase from them.

My bag broke after a week of use. I purchased this with my own money and I feel so bad.

Falls Apart After Just A Few Uses
I was embarrassed that I spent $90 on their bumblebee backpack and it fell apart within less than a week. All straps including the top handle detached and the company refused to do anything to resolve it.
