Good product. But shipping takes forever, and they started sending me these surveys weeks before anything even arrived...

While the products are beautiful, one purse arrived drenched in perfume. When I inquired about why that might have happened, I was told a refund would be difficult because it would have to be sent to China. That’s when I lost respect for the company.

I like the purse materials and color, however it’s difficult to get the bottom panel open and squared and I really wish the handles were longer and more substantial.

My order( package) arrived in good shape and within the allotted delivery time.

Well it was OK but kinda cheap. Not real leather and the handle is pastic.

The large tote was more medium sized and the closure on the bag is difficult and not very secure.

Quality of the bag I received wasn't what I expected so I wanted to return/get it refunded. You have to pay for the return shipping (I don't think I know of another company that makes you pay for the return shipping), so I likely won't be purchasing from here again as it isn't worth the risk.

The bag was shown on the smaller person. The bag is not as big as it looks in the picture.
