Happy with the product
Love the product! Good quality. Exactly like the picture on the website. Delivery a bit long and not that much communication about it. But packed with care to protect from damaging. I’m happy!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!
Buyer beware. They will not accept returns if the product is not damaged. They wrote to tell me this is their "policy". They are ghosting me now that I've asked for a copy of their written policy. I do not believe it exists. I don't have any recourse but to accept I have lost my money, and I'm stuck with products I have no use for. I WILL NOT deal with them again.

Dear olives , i’m verry Disappointed with the product quality and design Was rather hopeful at first about getting my first vegan leather bags since I've seen a number of online ads in recent years. I must say the actual products don't really live up to my expectation - in terms of actual bag size, design and texture - when compared to the very nice photos posted in the website. Will give second thought when doing online purchase next time. This bag smell like plastic and feels like plastic.

Do not buy please
Bag came in and I was pretty disappointed in the quality and design. the straps are a belt buckle type and I feel as if had a lot of stuff inside. Everything will fall out. Bag is pretty thin. I tried to return, but the policy was only allows for damaged or defective items. Will not recommend or buy again
