Really bad quality, other than displayed on the pictures. No return possible. Very disappointing given the massive Social Media advertisement effort taking place!

I really wanted to like this bag, but the quality has me feeling quite the contrary. After using for a day, I noticed there was a tear in the top of the strap — fast forward to 2 weeks later and there are more tears in multiple areas. It’s desgined to be a book bag, but all that’s been used in it is a very, very light surface go laptop. At best the bag is aesthetically pleasing to the eye, but the quality leaves much to be desired. I don’t think it will last more than a few months. Very disappointing.

Lovely bag! The quality is good, the color is exactly as shown on the website. The bag should not be stuffed with too many things, because it gets a weird bending and it does not look good. One thing to be aware of is that the bag was shipped from China, which was not clear from the beginning.

I ordered a bag as an xmas gift and received it in March of the following year. The customer service is terrible and their ability to organise with their shipping company is awful. Not to mention that the bag itself doesn’t look the way they advertise it. I’ll never buy from here again, as a result of their awful customer service i thought they were a scam and that i’d never receive my bag. i believe if i didn’t follow up as much as i had they would’ve happily kept my money and not helped me at all

I do NOT recommend this company. I purchased a bag then waited about a month for it to be delivered. When I opened the box, the bag looked used. Inside the bag was what appeared to be a used Kleenex. This company fought me for a week about returning the bag. Then made me pay the shipping cost. They kept telling me to read their policies on their website. They couldn’t have cared less that the bag was used. Terrible customer service. Buyer beware!
