Terrible customer service. I ordered a few things including two funko pops - under the collectible category. When I received the items were packaged terribly which messed up the boxes for the funko pops. They looked like I got them at a yard sale not new. I called Thinkgeek, was asked to submit pics of the damage which I did. I was then sent an email to apologize for the damage and they would be glad to replace if I would pay for the return shipping. I emailed back and was ignored. I need to pay because of their poor packaging? They certainly lost a customer this time!

ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE SHOPPING ONLINE, EVER. EXTREMELY RUDE, CHARGED ME TWICE FOR A PRODUCT THAT WAS OUT OF STOCK BOTH TIMES, FOUGHT ME TOOTH AND NAIL OVER MY REFUND FOR PRODUCTS THAT WERE OUT OF STOCK.

Very annoyed that my parcel came to the door and I was told I had to pay £25 customs, your supposed to receive an email or letter telling you this before it bloody turns up!

Other than a few shopping hiccups, I’ve never had a problem with Thinkgeek. Their prices are a little high, but if you wait chances are what you want will go on sale at some point. They also frequently have deals for free shipping(within the U.S.). I can’t speak of their customer service as I’ve never dealt with them. One thing is that the build quality of some of their “Thinkgeek creation and exclusives” can range from fine to very poor. I bought a pair of slippers once, totally fine. I bought a Game of Thrones hoodie, a button popped off in a week and I found loose threads all over not long after. Know what you’re buying, wait for deals, and you should be fine.

Garbage customer service, unwilling to go out of their way to assist customers, extremely poor communication avoid at all costs.

i called with a question and had to get a supervisor to help but he was so helpful. while doing so we figured out i ordered the wrong thing for my husband for Christmas a few days earlier. unfortunately they were out of the other option so he offered to just replace it with something else FOR FREE with absolutely no cost to me. we found something that only cost a few dollars more and he shipped it right away. he also said to keep what i ordered. HIGHLY recommended. some of the staff didn't know how to answer my question but if that happens to you get a supervisor it will be taken care of and everyone was very friendly. and also, sometimes i have called and they have actually answered my questions. this was a first that they couldn't. i have purchased many times from them before as well and have always been pleased with everything i have received. :)
