ThinkGeekReviews of thinkgeek.com

I had Victor today in alderwood mall in Lynnwood and he was amazing! He was super genuine, I have a service dog and he was quite respectful of her as well! He talked to me instead of at my dog. Overall great time! Just think things are a lil pricy

Disappointed. Orders have been filled OK for me, but the horror story reviews: poor customer service, failed refunds, and webpage glitches that ThinkGeek would not make right. It seems that many of the unhappy customers were ordering from outside the US and ThinkGeek has not been up to the task. I managed a mail order department that involved occasional overseas shipping and it always required current knowledge of the regs and extra care to get all the details right on the first try. Think Geek COULD do better, I'm sure... and there are no excuses for other examples of stonewalling when a customer had a problem. I'll think twice before ordering again.

Gifts for kids are a good category and I found many good useful items. My kids like it very much. Will be a loyal customer!

My experience with Think Geek was extremely good.... I had ordered a package for delivery to the UK, however as their choice of delivery was UPS, it led to a lot of confusion and a package that had taken 4+ months to arrive. Think Geek kept track throughout while I was waiting for my package from UPS. And did whatever they had to do to make sure I got it, and they let me know when things did or didn't change So Think Geek, if I could, I would give you a 4.999%, with the 0.001% negative due to your choice of courier. Its just that UPS are not as good as the Royal Mail in the UK :) thanks again for all of your help you have me

I ordered a few things and while there was a delay, the stuff came faster than expected

Other than a few shopping hiccups, I’ve never had a problem with Thinkgeek. Their prices are a little high, but if you wait chances are what you want will go on sale at some point. They also frequently have deals for free shipping(within the U.S.). I can’t speak of their customer service as I’ve never dealt with them. One thing is that the build quality of some of their “Thinkgeek creation and exclusives” can range from fine to very poor. I bought a pair of slippers once, totally fine. I bought a Game of Thrones hoodie, a button popped off in a week and I found loose threads all over not long after. Know what you’re buying, wait for deals, and you should be fine.

One of my first stops for gifts and little impulse buys for myself. I love their clearance sales and general selection. I also really enjoy their rewards program. What I appreciate the absolute most is that they display customer reviews for each item, good or bad. It's helped me so many times regarding sizing, recommendations or little nitpicky questions I have about a product. My one complaint and reason for my 4/5 would be that some of the items are very low quality for the price asked. All in all, I really enjoy shopping on ThinkGeek, especially for their geeky holiday items.

I can't really complain about anything, other than the high price for international shipping, but besides that a very good site whit a lot of cool stuff.
