The employee was competent & polite.

When someone knocked on my door they blew past an explanation and before I knew it I was signed up with Think Energy. The rates never changed so I never looked twice. As my bills slowly began to increase I started to try and figure out why. Finally I realized I just needed to leave the company and return to AEP. On a side note, the woman I spoke with helping me with my cancellation was extremely polite and helpful. She almost got me to want to stay with the company.

The young man -THINK representative- was very courteous and helpful. He handled the matter in a clear, logical step-by-step procedure. Not only was he able to sign me up for a renewed contract for a fixed rate with THINK Enery but he even gave me a lower rate! The entire process, because it was so clear and orderly, took only a few minutes. Because of this young man, I was very relieved and pleased with my renewal experience.

I have taken a couple hours to find a plan that I feel is trustworthy. THIS IS IT!! They seem to break it down to brass tacts, they have stated what they mean and will stick by that! Thank You!
