Great Company, Honest, customer service you get to speak with a REAL person!! This is my second time signing up with them for another 24 months of great service, and you know what their price went DOWN... doesn't happen much anymore! Nice Surprise!!

I got a quote a few days ago to renew. After checking other competitors, I decided to renew with Think Energy. However, I was told that the rate increased. When I protested, the gent spoke to his supervisor and the honored the previous quote! Great company and great service.
