This company are scammers they go from door to door in Chicago trying to sign people up. I never signed up for these crooks but received a letter from the collection company called McCarthy, Burgess, and Wolff saying I owe a bill that was open last year... I am in the process of disputing these crooks and will be going to court...

I had a little trouble signing up due to deposit concerns-and the security freeze i have on my accounts. Amine customer service - was able to get me thru this and help me to get what i consider to be the best rate available.I work in customer service so i recognize excellent service when I deal with it. Amine was excellent! if the rest of my experience with Thin Energy is as good, I will have no problems with my 24 month account thanks again !!

My wife and I just signed up for the 24 month plan, so I can only offer this: 1. Very transparent pricing. Contrast the many hucksters offering deceptively low headline rates and outrageously expensive actual costs to the less informed. 2. Lowest legitimate rate I found after much research, from a very reputable international company. Considerably cheaper than the local utility at all usage levels. A particular bargain for consumers of +2000 kWh per month. 3. Quick and simple sign up
