I ordered my insoles on November 29th and it's December 17th and still have not received my insoles. I have been in contact with Christian Miller (December 10th)through email and all I got from him was that they are on the way. Perhaps you should use a different manufacturing company and /or use a different delivery company. Looks like you use uses, maybe you should use UPS, FedEx, DHL.

The insoles I got are the best. XStance insoles are the best insoles. I have tried many other insoles and they did not work. I pgot xstance insoles and they are the best. I live with foot arthritis and work in nursing home, so I feel arthritis all day. With xstance insoles I do not hurt. I recommend them to everyone. Thank you.

You have to cut to size was led to believe they would be for my size I'm handicapped so I looked for one that I could just skip in my shoe not these size m

Insoles were recomended by my neice a doctor who is on her feet all day. I was having Heel pain and she recomended this site for fast relief. I ordered some inserts and they were life changing. Easy to cut to fit. I used the removeable insert that came with my LL Bean shoes and it was quick and easy. I saw instant comfort walking and standing. I gave one pair to my wife and she loves them as well. We are both a little on the heavy side and our feet take a beating. XSTANCE comes to the rescue every day all day. THANKS>

These insoles are the BEST!! I am a very active teacher at a high school trade school and am on my feet 7 hours on concrete floors. I have tried expensive (and ugly) shoes that were okay. Saw the xstance on Facebook and thought I would try. It took a bit of time to receive, but well worth the wait. I used them the day after I got them and what a difference! I felt "bouncy" and comfortable all day. After driving home, getting out of my car wasn't as painful on my feet. The next morning, my feet didn't hurt as bad when stepping on them. Each day using has improved my symptoms of plantar fasciitis. My body doesn't hurt as much as either. Highly recommend!! They fit well in my skechers which I prefer for style. I did have to take the original insole out of the sneaker but I don't really care. Just ordered another pair to put into another set of shoes.

It took a little longer for shipping, but the product is worth the wait. The arch support is sturdy, the heel cup really cradles my heel. I don’t feel like my heel is banging the floor anymore. The cushioning is comfortable. I am a server and work sometimes for 14 hours straight. Before using these insoles, I was so exhausted after a long shift. Now I can work 14 hours with ease. I bought two more pairs to put in my other shoes. They are AWESOME! No more tired feet and calves. I love them!

These insoles really help relieve the pain in feet. I’m on my feet all day while I’m at work so it’s much appreciated. I plan on buying more in the future. The shopping experience was so great! You can’t beat the price as well.
