Shipped and received in a timely manner. Inserts seem to be helping with the arch support the doctor recommended. They’re a bit pricey but time will tell if they hold up better than the ones bought at Walmart. I have been wearing them about two months and so far so good.

I ordered 3 pairs of insoles. The price was $119.88. I didn't have a great feeling - something felt scammy about the order. Within 12 hours an additional charge of $2.40 appeared for "international service fee". Nowhere did I see this when ordering. I was within my 24 hour window to cancel. I've sent 4 emails, left a voicemail (called 3 times only to get voicemail greeting) and sent 2 contact forms through their website. My attempts to contact have not been acknowledged or responded to. I just want to cancel this order, receive all my money back and be done with this.

My man will only wear these insoles all the other insoles we have bought he does not like, we work long hours at a farm and these work for him he refuses to wear any other insole.

These insoles have been life changing for me. My feet and back used to hurt when I would go for a walk outside. I found myself plodding along through the pain, which I chalked up as shin-splints. I decided to try these insoles and they have really done the trick for me! No more foot and back pain while walking. I can easily walk 2-3 miles without pain! I bought my daughter and husband a pair for Christmas because I liked them so much! They are both on their feet for hours a day too. Don't delay, try them!
