Insoles are no different than many others I have tried...Just more expensive! I had to trim nearly two inches off to make them fit, in spite of ordering the correct size. Customer service is horrible, and the site seems to be set up to not deal with any negative comments or refund requests. They charged me $20 for a guide book I didn't want. I sent an email, requesting a full refund. In return they deducted the guide book, and sent me the three huge, overpriced insoles. They sent me an email for a review, but once I wrote it and gave them a one star rating, the link to send it wouldn't work. Seemingly a bunch of scammers, getting rich off schmucks like me!

The insoles fit my shoe perfectly, and shipping the mold back was simple

So far I'm impressed with these inserts. I've been using standard Super Feet insoles for years, so I'm used to insoles and this wasn't a shock to my feet, but oh man, the relief. I can't believe how quickly I could feel the difference and I can stay on my feet way longer when wearing them, and the heel pain is greatly reduced. I don't usually write product reviews, but I think this was a great find, a solid purchase, and I am experiencing such immediate pain relief that I want to share this with anyone suffering from plantar fasciitis.

I wanted to purchase a pair but not subscribe. But the representative cancelled and refunded my money. I'm not sure what went wrong but oh well.

I received a quick response to my email, and clear instructions on how to return the product.

The arch bottom and heels of my feet are not nowhere near as bad as they were. Unfortunately the top of my feet still hurts as of right now, but I'm hoping after time my feet will be wonderful again.
