Smacked the phone on a hard table then stab the box hard with a knife. Then the person put the phone face down on a hard table. All of a sudden scratches. How do you drop the price $745 for your roughness. $120. HELL NO. IF they wanted a new phone then, THEY SHOULD BUY THEM.. I sent in a flawless phone that was cased from the first day of use along with a screen protector. I was quoted a good price but was then offered a lower price for marks and scratches across the top of the phone I know weren't there when I shipped it. I decided to take the lower price because I didn't know if it had been damaged after shipping mking the phone harder to sell. I'll go elsewhere before I use them again.
