If Violet Vixen has taken money from you and provided no or low quality product, can I persuade you to share your story with Shopify, the credit card processing company that handles Violet Vixen's payments? You can go to Shopify's website and follow links to contact them . I was also ripped off by these scammers, and I'm trying to get Shopify to drop them as a client. Also, if you go to their Facebook page and click on the three dots under the cover photo, you should be able to report them as a scam, and hopefully get their page taken down. Together, we can keep them from running their swindle.

They kept putting my order off and kept saying they would ship it when they never did, when I asked for my tracking number they left my messages on Facebook as ‘seen’ and began ignoring my emails. When I asked again after a few weeks passed they blocked me on all platforms and ran with my money. I do not recommend this company and the staff is facetious and rude. UPDATE DECEMBER 2019: This original incident occurred back in July of this year, And this was resolved by PayPal forcefully making them refund the money or they said there would be legal Consequences. This incident has been resolved for MONTHS because Of PayPal’s buyers protection feature. The violet vixen did NOT Resolve this issue. After PayPal gave me my money back, the violet vixen unblocked me temporarily on messenger to leave a snide remark. It was something along the lines of, “ Pestering us isn’t how you get your refund so just stop. Xoxo “ They blocker me on messenger Again as soon as they could afterwards. I noticed that they replied to my review as of NOVEMBER 1ST Telling me to call their company to resolve the issue, When this issue has been resolved for months. I believe they are trying to make their company look better by responding to old reviews and ‘ reaching out. ‘ The reality is they blocked me on all platforms so I couldn’t reach out to them anyway. Even to this day I tell people to beware of this company. They’re Con artist who scam people. I feel like they write these positive reviews since this website doesn’t really make you prove you have made a verified purchase to write the reviews. They seem like the kind of company to do that especially since they taunt and antagonize people.

I ordered an item on July 7th, it took a month to get here. Not terrible, but the only way I got a hold of anyone for an update on my package was consistently sending then emails once a week. They are very slow at replying, but it seams like you will get your stuff eventually. Just a pain in the a$$ because places should be giving you that information already. You should not have to pester any company about where your stuff is or when it's coming. But their stuff is so nice I can't help my self.

I ordered a corset from this company. Once it arrived more than half of the grommets were lying loose in the bag/box. I did not open the bag in fear of loosing them. I immediately emailed the company with my issue. 45 days (ish) later I received an email asking what was wrong. I repeated my complaint. Another 2 months pass and I get an email saying they will not do anything. So now I have a corset I paid $150 for that will just go to waste. SAVE YOUR MONEY! Go elsewhere....

After repeated emails, and a complaint through the BBB that has yet to be responded to, I can only assume that the 100 bucks I dropped on this business has been stolen. They rarely respond to emails, and do not follow up on anything they said they would. This is theft.

I ordered a skirt the end of April and just now received an email saying it was being shipped. Today is June 18. I had written several emails to the company asking when and why my merchandise had not been sent. No reply. Don't bother ordering from this company. Someone else can easily do better.

Ordered on April 17, it is now June 3, I tried contacting customer service via email, Facebook, via messenger, no response at all...I spent $105 on two dresses and from what I see on all the reviews before me I’m never gonna get my stuff and I’m out my money because if you think I’m gonna to let them give me a store credit... that would be a shame on me😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I've been dealing with this nightmare for months. And the response from their customer service was ridiculously unprofessional. They only responded to my emails after I posted about it on Facebook. And then they responded to my email with "..warned about posting on our fb, we will take action if you continue to cause drama on our page, as it’s super innapropriate. You will def not get anywhere with us going that route." Joke of a company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM Here's a lovely list of my communication with them 11/29 - I received the order confirmation 12/25 - i sent an email asking when the order will ship 1/2 - received a response that all corset orders take 20-25 business days excluding holidays and there was an extra delay due to volume. none of the items i ordered were a corset so i'm unsure why it had the same shipping time frame 1/12 - send another email asking about shipment 11/14 - response was that various holiday closures caused extra delay. Was then notified the harness was not in stock. Offered store credit and discount or a refund 1/14 - I responded that i would like a refund and same day response was that i should see refund in 3-7 days 1/25 - I asked about status of refund 2/21 - received email that harness was shipping 2/23 - forwarded shipment notification asking not to ship as i wanted a refund. event i wanted the harness for had already passed by over a month and i had no use for it 2/24 - received harness and it was broken. Emailed as a response to this email chain that it arrived broken and what can be done 2/26 - Was asked if i wanted a refund or exchange 2/27 - responded that i wanted a refund as this wasn't even supposed to ship 3/1 - was notified i needed to return for refund and that i return label will be sent 3/18 - asked about label as i never received one 3/19 - was emailed the label but as i was traveling for work i could not send back until first week of april 4/16 - ask about refund since tracking showed it received on 4/12 4/18 - asked again about refund through email and facebook messenger. 4/23 - asked again about refund 4/23 - notified i will not be getting a refund, just store credit
