I strongly advise that you do NOT order from this company. I put in an order and waited a month before contacting them about my purse and between various correspondence I kept being told it was out of stock then then it was in being held up at the border and that my order was definitely coming it got to be over 2 months. I finally told them I wanted my money back and was refused so I contacted Paypal to dispute the charges and low and behold my order was sent almost 9 weeks after ordering but then they charged me via DHL extra for the shipping even though it was through their incompetence that led me to dispute the charges. I implied that this company was fraudulent to the team and Violet Vixen and received a snotty email in return, Please DO NOT support this business as they do not value their customers.

So So So So slooooooooow......and God in Heaven forbid you might want to exchange something for a new size. If you purchase from this site, you need to order 4-5 months in advance of when you want to wear the item and expect to follow up with them at least 4 times. They are nice and eventually get the items to you, but you really need to ask yourself if the hassle is worth it. For me it never will be again. Two stars for being pleasant and having cool clothes (that you will wait an eternity to get).

Don’t waste your time or money with this business. As far as I am concerned they are stealing your money! Awful customer service. No item after over a month (even tho promise of shipment within 8-12 business days). Once a refund is requested, they clam up and you don’t get your item or your money. Research before you buy from them. I didn’t. Many complaints with the Better Business Bureau.

This site has unique clothing at an amazing price! Some items took some time to get to me, however, it was because it was made to order so I expected the wait on those items! Customer service was very helpful with keeping me up to date on my order and were quick to reply to my messages. I will definitely be ordering again soon!!!!!

I love this company, every time I've ordered anything from them, its arrived to me in a timely manner, if I specially request that it get here by a specific date, they have been willing to work with me. Customer service is stellar! I will definitely order from them again!

I placed an order for 2 corsets on sept 21st 2018. As of jan 3rd 2019 I still do not have the corsets and they are not even on their way to me. I was told on nov 4 that it was "their busy season" and my order would be shipped within a week as it was "on the next shipment" Nothing was shipped and it took me another month to get a response from them and that was with me emailing them at first 3 times a week for 2 weeks and finally daily for 2 weeks straight. on dec 16th I finally received a response saying one item was in the store and I should look for a tracking number the next day and they would contact the distributor about the other one but again it "should be on the next shipment" well now I have messaged them daily since dec 16 asking for my tracking number, my product...just a response. But as of yet I have nothing. I will begin emailing them twice a day until I get this resolved. but DONT use them. they are horrible!

OMG, I just bought my first dress, the Gothic Nights dress, and I am PLEASED! The dress fits PERFECTLY! I have had my account for about two or three years, but I finally decided to buy this dress that I fell in love with immediately. Five stars! I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to shop here!

I ordered a corset Sept 20th. When I ordered it, there was a pop up on the website that said, "Order your corset for Halloween today." As I had an event in mind a week after Halloween, I guessed I would have enough time to try on a troubleshoot any issues. Also, in the description is says made to order 21-25 business days. At the 25th business day, I sent an email checking on the item. I was told that it was their busy season and asking if I had an event where I needed the corset. I told them when my event was and I never got a reply. 5 days before my event, with no shipping notification, I reached out again and asked if I need to find a corset elsewhere. I got a reply 2 days later saying that they were looking into this and I would have an ETA by the afternoon. That did not happen. I went on Amazon and ordered a great corset in time for my event. The corset finally shipped about a week later. I tried it on and proportions are all wrong and I would like to return it. I will say that it is beautifully made. I reached out again looking to go through the return process and I have received no response. In addition, before I went back and forth about the corset, I ordered a bag that I was later told was out of stock and asking if I would prefer a store credit or refund. I said that I would like a store credit. That credit has never happened and the item still shows as preparing for shipment. I do not understand why I can't get any actual customer service from this company.
