I ordered 2 items from them one November 9th 2018 my items have not shipped yet and I'm being ignored now I just put a claim in eith my bank since she said they dont do refunds

The staff at Violet Vixen did everything to get me my order ASAP for an event. While there were a few bumps, they were very responsive. I had my heart set on their beautiful pagoda parasol and not only did they deliver, but so did the product! This item is beautiful and incredibly well made. While most compliments are usually directed at my outfit, the beautiful parasol stole the show. I honestly couldn't be happier with The Violet Vixen and the product. Support your local small businesses!

Absolutely terrible customer service. My package was supposed to arrive within 7-10 business days. Fast forward a month and they say that they have delayed my package due to the backpack being on backorder. I explained that I would have understood that if someone had reached out to me, but seeing as they didn't and it's already been a month, I'd like for the money to be returned to my card. They email back saying that they can ship the shirt right now if that will make me happy. I said- no, thank you. I've already waited a month without hearing from anyone from this company and quite frankly I don't trust the service or the product. Since neither item has shipped yet, I would like a full refund. The next day, I see that the shirt has shipped and they did not refund my money, so I called the bank to dispute the charges. Since they had proof of the shipment, neither the bank or this company could give the money back. Seriously, do not give this company any of your money or time. It will only end in stress and disappointment.

I ordered heels for my wedding in South Africa that somehow got delayed at customs. Eve was a a total Gem and got them delivered before my Big Day. The shoes are more stunning than I even imagined and I’ll Definately be purchasing again in the future. Love this site!

I was nervous about buying a corset from The Violet Vixen given some of the reviews, but I’m glad I did. I found out that their corsets are custom made and made to order SO my badass corset wasn’t just sitting in some plastic bag in a warehouse. I like my speciality items to be SPECIAL! The durability and comfort of my corset is awesome! I’ve had it for a few months now and can really tell the difference in how it fits and where my curves are being re-routed. I’ve bought corsets from other vendors, but found that the corsets just didn’t do the job they were meant to do. Thanks Violet Vixen for a great product.

I purchased an item on August 5th. Their website says 7-10 business days for items to ship out and it still hasnt shipped. I emailed them and they were quick to respond and told me it was back ordered (there was no indication of this on their site nor did they tell me on their own) but that it would be in on Monday the 20th and that they do 2nd day shipping. The item still has not shipped out as of Saturday the 25th I emailed Wednesday the 22nd and Friday the 24th and am now being ignored. My package shipped the 25th and now they've responded to me to let me know.

The quality of merchandise is sub par I am terribly disappointed, I was anxiously awaiting what appeared to be a kick a$$ handbag unfortunately what I got was a handbag with writing all over it in silver permanent marker, clearly the marker was used during manufacturing as it follows most of the seems, something that should have been done on the inside of the bag, and not to mention Flimsy cheap material. The icing on the cake however it was the return policy, you only get store credit, I find that quite hilarious because I would never want another item from the violet vixen, as the hand fan I paid $11 for was also cheap flimsy paper. Something you get at the $.99 Store. After contacting the Violet Vixen about the return policy they did send me the correct link so I could read the policy myself. They got back to me relatively quick and did provide the exact information I requested. Stellar customer service does not negate lack of quality in products, not to mention they immediately lashed out when I posted a less than favorable review. So. Great response time as far as contacting customer service is about the only positive experience dealing with The Violet Vixen.

This site is awesome! Great for finding that perfect outfit for an event and really good customer service. They always have a sale going on which is awesome for Halloween season!
