INCREDIBLE QUALITY
Was hoping the items would have been delivered more quickly, but understandable with the COVID pandemic causing delivery delays across the world. Items received were even better quality than I could have hoped for, absolutely love them!

Extremely Unprofessional
I placed my order on April 17 2020, three weeks later and it had yet to even ship. I emailed customer service about it and it turns out that the product was never even available, but they sold it to me and took my money anyway. So now they keep offering me a “full refund in store credit plus extra for the trouble this has caused you” and when I replied that I do not want store credit I want the full refund to go back to the card that I paid with they all of a sudden stop replying to my emails even though they were so prompt earlier, this site is a joke and I will get my money back.

Hi there, we don't sell anything that was "never even available". Sometimes items go out of stock with the manufacturer before we're able to pull it from our website. Some items are hot sellers. Others go temporarily out stock until the manufacturer schedules more production. Sometimes you have global pandemics that shut down a supplier for 2 months. These things happen, but we never purposefully deceive people into buying something. That is an interesting conspiracy theory though. Please provide your order number and I will take a look at the item. We do have some new customer service staff and there's a chance they made a mistake. If it's something that's permanently out of stock with the manufacturer, we do offer full refunds, not just store credit. I look forward to hearing from you!

Lightweight & Comfortable
As an essential worker I was anxious to receive my mask. I love it. Unfortunately I need to modify the size of the mask as it is much too large for my face. Im going to try doing that today. It's lightweight and comfortable. So with a few adjustments I'll be good to go. Thank you.
