Customer service is a joke
Placed my order on April 19th and still haven’t received anything about shipping. I’ve tried to reach out multiple times to customer service and haven’t heard anything back. Terrible customer service. Hopefully I receive my order at some point because my card was charged. Never ordering from here again. I wouldn’t be as mad if they made some attempt to answer my emails.

5 weeks later...
5 weeks, no communication. I ordered a product that they ran out of after I placed my order and received confirmation of my purchase. They never sent any information letting me know, I found out through the comments section of a Facebook post they made promoting the item in question. I noticed the comments were all other customers with similar issues, it wasn’t long before the post was taken down without addressing any of the customers. I reached out via Facebook messenger and they were just as useless. Needless to say I was not happy with how my first(and last) purchase from this company went after admiring the company and looking forward to the day when I would finally be able to support them. Two big 👎🏼

Honestly, I read bad reviews and panicked when I didn't think my order would arrive. it arrived promptly, was excellent quality, and customer service was really nice. Thank you!

Never received my items
Never received my items! I've contacted them FOUR times since April 10th. It is May 4th and they've told me three times my order would be shipped soon. The masks have been restocked twice already and nothing has been shipped!! I was denied a refund and told that it would be shipped by the weekend! Well it wasn't! They even put me down as an essential worker but obviously that means nothing.

Awful company!! Buyer beware!!
I placed an order on April 3rd, today is April 30th and I still don’t have my items. I have emailed and call numerous times and have had no responses. There is nothing to track. The tracking number isn’t attached to a package. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!
