Ok Item, ok customer service, slow response.
I ordered my item and got confirmation of order. I was told by email they would let me know when my item shipped. A month later I had still not heard anything so I contacted them. My item was shipped. It arrived in a damaged box (not the sellers fault) but it also had a busted button straight out of the package. I’ve contacted them again and am awaiting their decision about a replacement or return or whatever.

You guys are wonderful
You guys are wonderful during this covid-19 crisis. I bought masks from 3 different vendors which are all over a month late getting delivered and still haven't recieved them. You shipped my product and it got here in only 4 days. I'm a cleaner and really needed a good mask so thank you so much for being Awesome!!

Customer service was bad
Customer service was bad. When it came to aquiring information in regards to the status of my order or getting a timeline of when It would be delivered my questions were ignored and left unanswered for over a month. The product I got was too big and when I had sent a message inquring if they had a smaller size I once again received no answer. I understand with the covid pandemic staffing is short. However im also leaving my questions in the comments section on the sites facebook posts that were just published and my questions still went unanswered. I did not like how they repeatedly dodged answering my questions and only responded to one of them After my product shipped and I received notice from the parcel carrier before Violet Vixen. Very disappointed and still no word on the smaller size I need and no way to figure out a refund or swap.

Absolutely excellent!
Absolutely excellent customer service. Extremely excellent high-quality products I love the sweater I got!!! Definitely worth the price. Slow shipping but that’s to be expected from the Challenge of COVID-19 times we find are selves in.
