I am happy to have the product and I…
I am happy to have the product and I will still buy from the company or brand but I wasnt too happy with the communication with my package. I am well aware there is still a pandemic going on, all I ask is a communication in delays and shipping.

Disappointed

Long shipping time, poor quality item
On May 1st I purchased a pagoda parasol from the rapid shipping section which stated it was in stock and had 2-3 day shipping. On the 11th I contacted them because I had not received it. I was told it had not yet gone out but I would receive a tracking number soon. I did receive a tracking number but the item remained in pre-shipment until the 18th when I contacted them again. I finally received the item on the 21st, almost three weeks after I had placed the order. It is of very poor quality, looks like a regular umbrella more than a pagoda and, worst of all, every time the umbrella is closed all the the nubs which hold the fabric to the ends of the spokes come off the spines so it fails to extend when reopened. Disappointing experience all around.

Excellent Customer Support
There was a delay regarding shipment, due to a COVID-19 related shutdown. However, their customer support was super helpful and responsive, and when the product did arrive, I absolutely love it.

Waited over a month with no update
Waited over a month with no update, site still showed my item hadn't shipped. But after contacting site they responded right away and packaged was received a few days after.

Thrilled to Death!
I saw an ad for the Morticia's Pagoda Umbrella and I knew I couldn't do without it. I couldn't possibly be happier! Not only is the umbrella stunning, but it arrived ridiculously fast!
