Customer service was awesome! I had difficulty with tracking my game, The Uzzle, and they were very helpful. The game arrived after Christmas, which was understandable, but is a very fun game! Highly recommend this game!!!

Great customer service! I had an issue with one block and they responded immediately and replaced it with a new set as soon as they could! My family and I have had hours of fun and laughs. I break it out whenever we have company. I even ended up ordering another set of blocks so more people could join the fun. We love this game!

The game is great! Well designed, perfect for all ages. We had a blast playing. Why only 3 stars? The craftsmanship (or lack there of). For a game with that price point I expected much better materials. The rectangular prisms are plastic with stickers on them. The box is regular corrugated cardboard with a flimsy insert similar to a plastic bakery container. Neither of these will hold up to years of play. The cards are plastic coated so those should stand up. The creators should be proud of this game, but the mass production folks left a lot to be desired.

Prompt response to assist in placing an order to be sent to an address different from the payee(me)! Prompt response to my queries when l hadn’t received an email to notify me of the progress of the order. An apology was given for failing to notify me but the weather and Canadian customs caused the delay. Correspondence was friendly and reassuring. The order safely arrived at its destination before Christmas. Overall I am a happy customer . Ellie, at customer support gives great customer support which was awesome and very much appreciated.

This new game spiked my interest and I ordered it early in October. Two months later when it hadn't arrived, I contacted the company and was told that it was being held up by Customs in Vancouver. After waiting again, and no game showed up, I contacted the company and they said they would send a replacement. I was trying to be patient with the way things are these days, including the flooding in BC, but was becoming suspicious about the company. I must say though, that through all of this, the person responding to me was very polite and helpful. I have given the 5 star rating because in the end, the two packages arrived together on the very same day. I let them know, as I had only paid for one, and they approved of my idea of donating one of the games to a charity. In the end, a very good outcome!

After a delivery mix up, the excellent customer service at The Uzzle straightened out the problems and delivered my games. Thank you for being diligent and following up.

Highly highly recommended, i love the game! Enjoyed it so much.
