we purchased several times. Last year for gifts with teh Uzzle game we liked. This year we got teh Crossico; not the same fun at all. Customer service was not easy and we had a coupon to use but they did not honor it. Then after much difficulty they worked things out. we got Crossico t try before sending to family and friends. Glad we did not buy for gifts unfortunately. WE played two days to get familiar and it was not much fun. Combinations of letters on cubes are very limiting as to building words for the game and seems the same words must be used each time you play just to win. We will try it a few more times but overall at present, we find it very little fun and a game better played like solitaire. Could not imagine a group game night trying to work on such a small area to build a word. Reviews seem to favor but they cannot mean this game. Love Uzzle the game but not Crossico as I must say it is not a favorite. Love that they actually expanded Uzzle too as we did move through that game in the year we played, and near the ending was seemingly too easy once you get use to it. I still enjoy sharing this one with new players though.

I think it's going to be an OK puzzle, but I paid $64 for it, and have since seen the same thing on Ebay for less than half that. I feel totally ripped off, and won't buy from them again. I had no communication for about 3 weeks, just that it was in it's way. When I queried this, I did get a helpful response, and when the shipment was finally sent, delivery was prompt and the courier service (Global Express) updated the delivery timeline accurately.

Unfortunately it was a bust with my son and his boys. I was so disappointed because I really thought they’d love the challenge. My husband jumped in and thought it was an okay game. I bought 2 games as there were going to be 7 players but I only opened one up to see how they liked it. Fortunately I could return the second game. Customer service was amazing. They fully refunded the amount of the game within a day. Excellent company.

The game is great! Well designed, perfect for all ages. We had a blast playing. Why only 3 stars? The craftsmanship (or lack there of). For a game with that price point I expected much better materials. The rectangular prisms are plastic with stickers on them. The box is regular corrugated cardboard with a flimsy insert similar to a plastic bakery container. Neither of these will hold up to years of play. The cards are plastic coated so those should stand up. The creators should be proud of this game, but the mass production folks left a lot to be desired.

UPDATE: Since my review below, I have been contacted by the company with a shipping confirmation and update. Package was in transit, unbeknownst to me, as no shipping confirmation was sent. Problem has now been resolved and the game has been received via Canada Post with just a little bit of damage to the box despite great bubble wrapping. All in box is undamaged and looks good to go. I will update this review once we actually get to play it! Just very glad to report this is a legit company site and game/product! I ordered over 2 weeks ago from theuzzle.com and still have not received a shipping notification. I reached out to support 2 days ago, and still have not received any acknowledgement of even just the email inquiry submission. Now I'm wondering if this is even a legit game/site.
