We ordered two sets of Uzzle which is a very fun game. We also received a 30 day free trial of another game. When we recieved the 3rd game it was confusing that it was an actual game, not an online game. Two months later we get charged for two more games. I think it is a little misleading the way that everything was written up. However, an email to customer service resolved the issue.

The games are really made of good quality material and fun! I ordered a Christmas package around Thanksgiving, but, they were out of stock and it took about 7 weeks to get my order completed, and I deducted one star for that. The customer service (I am in United States) did respond to my emails within 24 hours and were always trying to make me happy. This is not a scam as I first feared, they just over promised delivery timelines.

I had issues with the game being too hard at our house. issues with return BUT BUT BUT they took care of it and gave me a refund and a sorry and let me have the game which I will pass on. they stood by their word and beyond.

I had the opportunity to play The Uzzle at a friend barbecue this July 4th just after the first 2 plays, my mind was already made up. I got to have this game. Immediately after I went and ordered the basic and the expansion sets. This game is amazingly satisfying. Thus for all ages and cultures ...

Ordered Uzzle on 12/2/23. It was shipped by DHL and seemed to be lost but after 3 emails to customer support the game was finally delivered on 12/20/23. When we opened it to play the game on 12/24/23 one of the pieces was missing a red and purple sticker. I emailed customer service on 12/24/23 to see if they could send me a replacement piece and they ended up sending me a whole new game which I received on 12/29/23. In the end I was very happy with the customer service! My issues were solved quickly and professionally.

CORRECTION - I said I would update my review if UZZLE provided a solution. They sent my two ordered & paid for UZZLE Ultimate puzzles 10 days later, no delivery insert or email response to my previous inquiries. I opened one box (other for a gift) and all items are in excellent condition. Haven't played the game yet. But I am glad to have received what I ordered. Too bad UZZLE doesn't have a responsive customer service department. Previously post.... Only contact info provided is the order confirmation email, which is the same on The Uzzle's website. I've emailed twice & sent a message on Instagram. Only response so far is to my 1st email which was an automatic email 'looks like you are not done ordering, here is a 12% discount". No response to my incorrect order. Been 3 days and no honest reply. No address, phone # on their 'official website'. I will update my review if they correct my order... updated above on 12/11.

After reading some reviews I was afraid that my 4 Uzzle games might be there very late or not at all. After I send an email to them I received the games a week later. It took 2 weeks in total to receive the games. We started playing immediately and really like the game. I find the price a bit steep for what it is, but the idea is really good and you can play it together or everyone a card for yourself on the level you want. I'm satisfied.

Fun game, easy to play for as short or as long a time as you want. Great for a variety of ages, and variation in levels of play is great.
