UzzleReviews of theuzzle.com

We ordered the Uzzle puzzle as a gift for our Grandson. When playing it for the first time with family they noticed one of the blocks were mislabelled. I notified Ellie of the mistake and I must say the service to replace the block has been excellent. Thank you Ellie and the staff at Uzzle for the excellent service. The family love the game!

The responses from the company were always timely and professional. Things happen, but it was nice dealing with a company that was willing to do whatever it took to make it right and make the customer happy. Thank you for your help, especially in these most difficult time.

Great game. Great customer service.

What a fantastic game for the mind, as well as being so much fun, our family LOVES it!! We have played it a few times since receiving and everyone that has played it nows wants to buy it. We have 2 girls who are 8 and 10 who have also played with there friends which loved it! It is also a great ice breaker in new settings : )

Shipping issues that were out of anyones control delayed receiving our game. Ellie at customer service was helpful throughout keeping me informed and made sure we received our game in time for Christmas. We have all had lots of fun with our game.

I ordered the Uzzle along with extra cubes. I got notification that my order was delivered - but it wasn’t delivered to my house. I contacted the company and they sent out a new order- this one was delivered to my house. I was thankful for the quick response I got. We were able to play the Uzzle at our family gathering and had a great time!

I got this game for my wife's birthday and she LOVES it. We are both mathematicians - she is strong at Geometry (and all things visual, patterns) , I am better at combinatorics and strategy. We both find the game quite clever. The beauty about it is that can be played by adults but can easily be adapted to be played by children as young as 5 (as our granddaughter)

Ordered the game in mid November and it has still not arrived. My initial inquiry to support was responded to saying it could take "up to 10 business days". I have had no response to my subsequent inquiries and it is well past 10 business days. This was supposed to be a Christmas present and was paid for on November 15th, 2021. This portion of the review was written on December 31st, 2021. Update: January 18th, 2022. So the game finally arrived. 2 months and 3 days after the order was placed. I still say "don't order"! After I wrote my first review I did hear from the company saying my email ended up in spam and they picked the wrong shipping company. In my opinion, spam should be checked regularly and you should know the quality and service of your shipping companies if you are in the business of shipping items all over the world. I am aware shipping is delayed worldwide due to the pandemic but I was not aware from their website that it would be shipped from China. I will not order again and stand behind my initial review. Update: January 31st, 2022 So the company posted a reply to my review claiming they had shipped my product from their US warehouse. An interesting statement as the package, when it finally arrived, had China as a return address. I have to wonder what is happening within the organization if they are not even aware of where the product is shipped from! On top of that discrepancy, I received an email offering me a 30% refund because of the problems I experienced with my order. What was not made clear with the original offer of the refund was that it was dependent upon my removing this one star review. As you can see, I did not accept their bribe. The more experience I have with this company the less I think of them. If I could submit a zero star review I would.
