Upon using one of two games I had purchased, we found one of the puzzle pieces was missing one of the patterns on one side of the block. I had purchased 2 games in November of 2023 but hadn't used one of the games and didn't know one of the pieces was flawed. I contacted Uzzle the next day and received a response. I gave them the information they requested and I received an immediate answer. I'm not only pleased with the game, but also the customer service has been exceptional. I would greatly recommend purchasing this game to anyone. Contacted Uzzle 2/1/24, response 2/2/24, resolved 2/2/24. Amazing!!

Ordered Uzzle on 12/2/23. It was shipped by DHL and seemed to be lost but after 3 emails to customer support the game was finally delivered on 12/20/23. When we opened it to play the game on 12/24/23 one of the pieces was missing a red and purple sticker. I emailed customer service on 12/24/23 to see if they could send me a replacement piece and they ended up sending me a whole new game which I received on 12/29/23. In the end I was very happy with the customer service! My issues were solved quickly and professionally.

Ordered back on 12/5 and was told that the shipping process started on 12/6. Well it is 12/21 and still package! Their customer service keeps telling me they are waiting for either USPS or DHL for a solution. I finally got them to send a replacement, but they haven't responded to my emails about a new tracking number for the replacement. Pretty sure I am not getting my order before Christmas Eve, if at all.

I ordered from Uzzle 12/2 and have not received mine. I ordered the 2 pack. Very discouraging that a company would give the runaround. This company needs to be taken off of Facebook. Buyers beware, they must be bogus! Thank goodness I paid with PayPal, hopefully they will refund me.

ORDERED ON 11/22 and it's 12/18 and have still not received my order for two games totaling $90! I have contacted them 5 times and they keep giving me the runaround. UPS says it has not been picked up. Their original email to me states it will be received around 11/28. Will never order from them again. Their response is horrible.

I requested a refund based on the money back guarantee since my 9 yr. old grandson didn’t like it after trying it for a game. I’ve heard nothing back after sending an email to the support team. At 40 plus dollars I’m not happy about this.

Ordered one and 5 days later told my order is missing. They use some no name non-existent shipping company and lost my order with no proposed solution. Then have the nerve to have me rate their response. Avoid. This is a typical Facebook ripoff but much more expensive than the nickel and dime scams.
