UzzleReviews of theuzzle.com

I had a return situation that I explained. They were very communicative and quick to respond and helped resolve my return issue. Thank you very much! By the way, I do already own the game and love it! I have turned many people on to it and they have purchased it as a result of my introduction!

I had a delay with my order for Christmas and I sent an email requesting an update. I got immediate responses from Zach and Bernadette. They went above and beyond to get my Christmas order to me on time. I ordered 3 different Uzzle games, but since they're gifts we haven’t tried them out yet. I believe my grandsons will love them and can’t wait to try them all out. I highly recommend this small business company.

I purchased 1 uzzle online and was offered a promotional rate for a 2nd uzzle. I jumped on the offer expecting to send the 2nd game to a different shipping address. that was not an option during my checkout (or i missed it)... i immediately panicked realizing i now had 2 games (as gifts) going to the same relative. i emailed CustSvc, they responded very quickly! they were able to intercept my 2nd game before it shipped and change the shipping address to a new location. AMAZING SERVICE!!! :)

Love the product and purchased a second game for a friend's child. Emailed a question and they responded in less than 24 hours. Great customer service and product!

We ordered and received our first "Uzzle" game, not knowing what was in store for us. It turned out to be the best, the most fun family game we play--and we play often. Not only that, but we've now played it with friends and they love it too. In our opinion, it's the best gift to give and the best gift to receive. You can even play it alone--but playing it with family and friends sets up the challenge and provides times to share smiles and laughter. Highly recommend Uzzle to everyone.

The game looked great on Instagram so I ordered the original Uzzle and the Stack Royale. From 64, 18, 6, and 5 we all had a fun time figuring out the puzzles. Yesterday our grandsons immediately opened the box again to play. It is a hit for all ages. Plus, the customer service, letters from the president were gracious and helpful. Order these games for yourself, gifts, and presents. Super worth the money.

I made a mistake in my order and was concerned the intended gift would not arrive by Christmas. My ordering mistake was very quickly corrected and I’m assured the gift will arrive on time! Excellent customer service!

Ordered Uzzle games for Christmas gifts so haven’t played yet, but my order arrived in a timely fashion. Then I order the expansion packs, but what arrived was the original game. I emailed right away and got a response that the error would be corrected. I have not yet received the correct product but customer service was responsive and apologetic about the mistake.
