Ordered this on 12/4/2024. Appears not to have been sent yet. Been told they are checking on this. When I look at tracker it idictates the label is made and waiting for the item. The tracker says using UPS, their email indicates DHL. Won't be getting this in time for Christmas.

As soon as we became aware of this, we promptly sent a replacement via 2-day shipping to ensure it arrived before Christmas.
