If I could give no stars, I would. My daughter ordered us petit fours and on their website, it said "delivery by 2/14" but we did not receive them until 2/19 and they are stale. They will not issue a refund without the hassle of sending them back. Really bad service and just another money hungry corporation that doesn't stand behind their product or service principals.

I sent some gifts for my parents for Christmas and signed up for the credit to pay later. Thought everything was set. My parents received their gifts with no problem. Then it went down hill from there. Instead of taking money out of my account every month, Swiss Colony sent my parents a bill. Who wants the receiver to find out how much you paid for the gift and also receive a bill. Needless to say, when mom called and told me this I was not happy. I had to call customer service which was a nightmare. They proceeded to send me back and forth for 45 minutes and was told the reason that I did not have money taken out in Jan was because they closed my account, what. I finally was able to reenroll in the credit program. Which they did in fact take out a portion of the bill, finally. But to top everything else, Swiss Colony put down the address for billing and shipping the same. Why would anyone do this? And then I just received a voice mail that my parents received another bill. Which upsets me even more. Would not recommend buying from this company it is not worth the hassle, and my parents now think I was making them pay for their own gift.

Very distrustful. Was told they would work with me on an affordable payment arrangement and then backed out of the deal. I was a customer for over 10 years and they pull this stunt. Also when I ordered a specific item I received the wrong item entirely. So I returned the incorrect item just to find out that the item i ordered they discontinued it and no longer carry it, yet it was listed on their web page. I do not recommend this mail order company to anyone due to the company doesn't want to work with their customers.

I ordered some product in November. Today a $16.95 charge appeared on my Visa. The explanation was that I signed up for a perks program and it had a 30 day free trial. Once trail was over a 16.95 charge. First, I never signed up for perks, second they never sent me any emails to confirm or explain. Never sent communication advising free trail over. Just charge me and hope I don't notice. This is a scam and swiss colony should be ashamed for taking g advantage of senior citizens. Buyer beware.

I sent a gift to my daughter and they opened an account under her name and my daughter is getting billed for the order! I called to straighten it out and I’m told I have to submit a notarized letter saying I will take responsibility for her account! She never opened an account with them! I’m just going to pay this off as quickly as possible and never order from them again. Most of the products I’ve received are old and subpar.

for the Christmas holiday we ordered over $500 worth of goods to be sent to family members. 3 of the family members still have not received their gifts. Numerous contacts have been made to the company. At one point we were given a $30 discount and the items were to be remailed. they were never received to date. Never count on these folks. It helped put a damper on our holiday.

The quality was really poor for the price. The gifts showed up way late. And then my credit card was fraudulently used by someone there; a month after my real purchase, they made a Hulu purchase and signed me up for “Swiss Colony Perks.” I’m lucky my credit card company flagged it.

Did not recieve order on time for a Christmas present. Then recieved notice of weather delay. I called Swiss Colony and the lady told me it was out of their hands and to call Fed Ex. Then I recieved a notice that my package was recieved by some guy named Emato. I called my credit card company and disputed the charges (which they did). Package miraculously showed up the next day without notice. It was in total disarray and missing items. I then began recieving letters from Swiss Colony threatening to report me to the credit bureau. I contacted my credit card co. and they informed me that Swiss Colony had stopped responding to them. Needless to say...I will no longer be ordering anything from this company again. I advise everyone to avoid the head ache and incompetence of this company. Try Hillshire Farms instead!
