The petit fours I ordered were stale. I wrote them and they said they would send another box or refund my money. I said I would like it to be refunded. Then I receive an email which said: We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. Your estimated refund amount including any applicable taxes and shipping will be $30.97. Please call the Salvation Army or Easter Seals, for example, so it can be donated to them. The amount of $18.99 will be refunded to the original payment method within 24-48 hours. I wrote back and said if I wanted to donate to either of these organizations I would do so myself. I want the refund sent to my checking account. I'm done with this company - last year I ordered petit fours as I have for the past 25 years and they were not acceptable. I gave them another chance and I'm finished with them.

I wish I could put 0 stars, I placed and order and had it shipped to my dad as a gift, they put the bill in his name and are trying to charge him. I called customer service and spoke to a supervisor asking for this to be placed in my name and all my information so I would be responsible for the bill and they refuse to do it. So at this point they won’t be getting paid! They were not helpful and didn’t even want to try to help!

I have an Swiss Colony Account, But about 4 or 6 months ago the website is no longer letting me make my payments. It put me on auto payments, which i don't like because I wish to pay more. But today May 15th, bill is due, but i attempted to make a payment 3 times on the website with ZERO attempts giving me an acceptance number. I called customer service, the AI asked about paying by phone then it said they have technical difficulties and sent me to an representative. Well the first one hung up on me. Because it seems that Swiss Colony, Tender Filet, and Seventh Avenue are all under the same billing service. They found my Account under my husbands name for Seventh Avenue. The second representative tells me if i make the payment over the phone to them then they charge a fee like an additional $3.00 to process it. THIS IS FRAUD. YOU CAN'T MAKE PAYMENT ON LINE AND IT FORCES YOU TO CALL TO MAKE PAYMENT THEN THAT SYSTEM IS HAVING DIFFICULTIES, THEN YOU HAVE TO TALK TO SOMEONE WHO WILL CHARGE YOU AND ADDITIONAL FEE TO MAKE YOUR PAYMENTS. SO I HUNG UP AND MADE A CHECK FROM MY BANK WHICH WILL BE LATE PAYMENT. SO NEXT MONTHS I DELETE THE FEE. PAY VIA BANK CHECK WILL COVER FEE AS LAST PAYMENT WITH NO MORE ORDERS.

Opened an account that I did not authorize. Charged me for product I did not receive. Worthless company. I did order some things thru 7th avenue but did not get them. Then 5 months later this shithole sent me a bill. For product I never received. Would give them -5 stars

Today I received email notifications from 2 agencies, telling me that there had been an inquiry on my credit report from Swiss Colony. I had never heard of them, did not apply for credit with them, and had no idea why there would be a credit inquiry. I called them and was told an order had been placed today. I told them I had not placed it, and to please cancel it as it was fraudulent. They canceled the order. Then I asked if I opened a police report, would they be able to provide the police with the address and phone number associated with the order. I was told the order was shipping to my address, and the rep read me a note that would have been coming with the order. It turned out my friend was sending me a gift. SHE has a credit account with Swiss Colony, and placed the order using that account. So why did they check MY credit? I called again to speak with a Credit Manager. I was put on hold and then disconnected. I called again and was told the Credit Supervisor had gone for the evening. So I will call again. This is outrageous. Thankfully I have excellent credit, but that isn't the point. MY credit should not be impacted by an inquiry for an order someone else placed. I am going to stay on top of this until someone explains what happened, explains why, and apologizes.

Absolutely Horrible Experience Shipping took an extremely long time and the product arrived far after I needed it. I also accidentally signed up for the Swiss Colony Perks program and cancelled immediately when I realized the mistake. They then RE-ENROLLED me without my permission and proceeded to charge me for it without my permission. When I called to cancel again and get a refund I got a lecture about how I need to be careful with popups. I had the cancellation confirmation in front of me, yet it was my fault. The Swiss Colony used to be so good. They have clearly gone downhill. This is the second order I've had with major problems. I will shop elsewhere.

I received a Swiss Colony catalog during Christmas season 2025. From the time I was a child, I had wanted to try their petit fours, so I went ahead and placed an order. The only order I had ever placed with Swiss Colony. It will be the last order I ever place with this company. Here's why: Somehow I ended up being signed up for some sort of perks program that charges monthly. Now, when I place the one order I've made, I didn't see anything about a monthly charge for a perks program. IMO, this is called fraud. I do not give my business to companies that, IMO, practice fraud. The representatives who helped me to unsubscribe me from this perks program and to reverse the charges to my card were helpful.

I'd leave negative stars if I could. My grandma used to order from this company when I was a kid. I ordered from them this past Christmas for the coworkers at my office. I put it on their credit to pay in January when I had more available money after the holiday season. Biggest mistake I ever made. Their website is a joke. My account was never updated with my order information so I couldn't pay online. I sent countless emails back and forth with their "customer service reps" that always sent back canned responses making it clear the company doesn't care about its customers. I was told to call and pay over the phone. I told them I didn't feel comfortable doing that and wanted to pay online. This was never resolved. When I did get the paper statement in the mail in February, I mailed a physical check to them immediately. For the whole balance. The check was cashed on the 10th and then I had a delinquent report filed against my credit on the 11th. I've spent the last two and a half weeks trying to get this sorted out since that one ding dropped my score by almost 100 points. Finally, it came to a head today when the credit department supervisor I spoke to talked over, cut me off before I could finish my sentences, yelled, and then proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and reported the interaction and I sincerely hope she is severely reprimanded. Now I get to deal with the credit bureaus to try and have this BS claim removed from my credit report. Horrible company. Horrible business practice. Horrible employees. And I say, with every last fiber of my being, that I sincerely hope the whole company burns to the ground so no one will ever have to be subjected to their stale food and unprofessional employees ever again. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
