The product is good but instructions could be clearer and the styrofoam rolls have a tendency to fall out.

Check your measurements very carefully before ordering! We received the sofa cover quickly, and it was really nice, but unfortunately did not fit our sofa. The Sofa Cover House made it extremely difficult to do a return & get a refund, even though they say they have a 14 day refund guarantee, they really didn't want to give our money back. Frustratingly it took numerous emails back & forth; firstly we were offered a 50% refund, then a 70% refund, & I am very frustrated to say I accepted a 90% refund as it would have cost us £7 to return the item. The stress & hassle caused would prevent me from using this company in the future & I most certainly wouldn't recommend them.

Item was better than expected. Fitted very well and makes the chair look brand new.

Looks nothing like the advert! The foam inserts are a waste of time, pop out as soon as you sit on it! Wouldn’t but another one.

Just like every other negative review I've had the same experience. Ordered, then the next day I emailed to say cancel before despatch. It would appear that 2 seperate people were dealing with the request so no clear communication. One said it would be cancelled. The other said too late. A whole 14days after ordering it comes. I don't even open the items as I know I don't want them. I email asking for an address as there is absolutely no invoice or paperwork in the packet. True to form, 2 seperate people dealing with the request. One says they can't find my order despite me providing order ref, email and name. The other finds my order just by my name and offers me 35% refund to keep it and an instruction video. What the hell! I'm into day 4 of going back and forth just for an address to send it back to. I would avoid this company like the plague. Just buy a regular throw for your sofa until you can afford new one. I'm doubtful of getting my money back. I paid with PayPal so hope this affords me some protection.

Oh dear, I wish I had checked Trust pilot before ordering from this company. I ordered a cover for our sofa, wasn't 100% sure that it would look right but was reassured by their easy refund advertising. Well needless to say this wasn't the case. After several emails back and forth (theirs always very early in the morning which leads me to think this company is based in a country far east from here) I agreed to a 50% refund as it was causing me stress to have to keep replying to these emails. I won't be using the cover and it will end up going to landfill I am sure. Avoid!!

90% certain this is a scam. Bought the items, money came out of my bank account, no confirmation email. No product after 3 weeks. Messaged them via their website, received no response. Messaged them via Facebook (as they advise of response 24 hours a day) no response. Fortunately purchased through credit card provider so I’m reporting them to get my refund. Unless they provide me some information, my position will remain that they’re more than likely a scam, and judging by other reviews on trust pilot, even if they’re not a scam, the products sound naff!

I ordered a cover but when it arrived it was much darker than I wanted so decided to return it. First problem is that there was no invoice or return details but I was reassured by the 100% guarantee. Sent a message detailing my request to make a return and that is where my nightmare began! Apparently you can't return these covers! I am now on my fourth email where they offer gradually increasing refund amounts. Please avoid unless you are sure you want these covers!!!
