Probably the worst service I've ever had. The products are of bad quality they say money back guarantee but that's not true they don't give full refunds. Not a good experience

Poor quality. Didn’t fit right even with the correct measurements. Looked messy and untidy. The material started bobbling after a couple of weeks. Not worth the money.

Brilliant cover made my settee look new

The covers I received one was the wrong colour and the other was just not a great fitting. I contacted the costumer service for return label and so far I had offers of discount, many emails later offering of 50% refund. They are not trusted company. The have refused to let me return my order and gave my money back. After about a month with so many emails I finally received my 100% refund but I won’t be recommending this company to anyone

Good customer service at all times

Bought this as a temporary measure after incident with our dog! I was very impressed, it looks very stylish and with a bit of tweaking fits very well. Would highly recommend, especially to pet owners. Saved me buying a new sofa!!

Very hard to return - They won't give you a full refund and will keep fobbing you off offering % money back. The covers were too small and didn't fit our sofa correctly, even though we checked our measurements, they should have fitted with room to spare. The polystyrene poles they give you with the cover just pop out hence wanting to return. They first offered an exchange where you pay towards new covers. They then offered a discounted refund at different levels, it would take a day each time for a reply on email and I just felt they were having me on. I was very grateful to have paid through Paypal. I raised a case via Paypal and have now received a full refund.
