The Sofa Cover HouseReviews of thesofacoverhouse.com

Placed an order, don't know where it is, no one replies to emails, I am moving house, so I probably won't receive it at all now. Useless service. Cant comment on the product as not received,

What a load of cr@p - they give the image of being a European company but are actually based in China. Product is at best worth £10 but sold for £100. It’s complete and utter tat, when you complain you’re offered a discount starting at 10% u til you go back and forth... I agreed at 90% discount and that was the end of it. Don’t waste your time, although judging by the fb requests it’s too late for many... they will fleece loads of people until it becomes too bad then fold and set up again as another company. Don’t waste your time or money

I knew these guys were trouble when I tried to find out where my package was (2 weeks after ordering). The response from Kimberley in customers service was surly and unhelpful. Their tracking technology is incomprehensible and they refused to help me interpret where my parcel was. Unfortunately, the extraordinarily long delivery meant that the occasion I ordered the covers for was missed. So, I then sent an email to get a refund (their website states clearly that I have 30 days to return any items but doesn't give any return details - unlike trustworthy and honest companies who have no secrets) and their response invited me to keep the covers (they came from China) and accept a 35% refund. Totally unacceptable and sadly, having been burnt by the 'can't return to China' scenario with another company, I have fallen into a trap. The covers cost me nearly £100 and it is totally unacceptable for this sham company not to honour their own T&C's. I will continue to shame this company until I have my FULL refund and I will continue to ensure that other potential UK customers are forewarned. I will update this review with any further developments.

Delivery was quick, i bought a 2 seater and 3 seater cover. However they do not fit and after sitting on the sofas the polystyrene tubes they provide constantly fall out and the covers move. As a very temporary solution until we get our new sofas in January they will have to do. I would not recommend them to anyone
