beautiful plants, excellent customer service. customer service was honestly FANTASTIC- helpful and not too much AI, but enough where you know the company is using it smartly, but not impersonable. if i had disposable income i would shop here all the time and live in a greenhouse

Your plants are high quality, healthy and absolutely beautiful. You take great care in the packaging. I bought from you before for our new CEO's office and I loved his plants so much I decided to buy from you for my home. Thank you!!

Our new lemon tree arrived in good condition and is adjusting well to its new location. The pot arrived a day later and was very well packed. Couldn’t be happier with their service!

Plant arrived timely and well packed

This was a gift and was received much later than anticipated. Two plants were ordered and they arrived separately. The Fern was in poor shape. Disappointing. Wanda

I dislike the surveys that clog my inbox relentlessly after I order or buy something so for that, I removed a star

The plants arrived in incredible shape, and when one planter arrived in shards it was replaced and arrived so quickly I didn’t quite believe it. Amazing customer service
