My only disappointments were that no one responded to my messages when I had questions and most of the plants I wanted were out of stock at the time I made a purchase. Of course, I could have waited, but I was excited to place my first online plant order. I ended up ordering a fiddle leaf fig. It was twice the cost of local plants and half the size, but still gorgeous when it arrived. After a few days, I lost my first leaf and two others developed a spot on them...so, I'm off the a bad start. This wasn't due to The Sill. Packaging was fantastic and the plant looked like it was purchased at a local nursery when it came out of the box. I'm praying that I'll be able to keep this finicky plant alive, but I have no regrets in my purchase.

I was not expecting the planter and plant to ship separately. The person I sent a gift to first received an empty planter and was confused. I wish I'd known to expect that. Everything was great otherwise.

The Sill - the quality of the plant is great and I'm looking forward to it's growth. FedEx delivered the package upside down, in spite of the big pink day-glow sticker indicating which side was up. Not cool!

Long time untill delivery

Timely delivery - interesting plants received in good condition.

The box for my small plant was completely smashed- so much so that dirt poured out when I picked it up off my front porch. I loved the plant- and it recovered well- but I think stronger boxes and better labeling may be necessary.

I was impressed with the size and fullness of the plant when it arrived. Though perfectly healthy, it "leaned" to one side when standing on its own.

I dislike the surveys that clog my inbox relentlessly after I order or buy something so for that, I removed a star
