Order was in great condition and continues to flourish.

I received a beautiful plant in early October. It arrived on my doorstep upside down but I didn’t feel that affected the plant. I followed the unwrapping instructions and placed it in the suggested location. Everything seemed fine for the first few days. It then began to look a bit weepy. Over the next few days the leaves began curling and a few days later it died. I have no idea what happened. :(

my 2 plants came kind of beat up and when I told the sill they told me to add soil, I think that for the price I should not have to go buy soil because they plants came beat up in the delivery.

Your plants are overpriced and the packaging traumatizes the plants. I'm sorry, but I won't be purchasing from you ever again.

I also had to contact you to ask a question, your response was quick and very professional and helpful. My friend received her gift, a beautiful plant for her to love and care for.
