Quick turnaround with plant that was delivered in very poor condition.

plant arrived in good condition

I find it very telling that to leave a review I have to go to third party sites, but so be it. I left a review on Shop but will also share my feedback here. I bought an orchid in April. Here are the issues. First, the turquoise color in the photo is NOT the color of the bloom. It was artificially infused. Very deceptive since this isn't in the details. I recently found this out because the plant has had a second set of blooms and it's more of a purple striped phalaenopsis. There is ZERO turquoise in the actual plant. The $19 charge for the pot in addition to the shipping brings the total to $83 for a common orchid, and, half the blooms were damaged during shipping. I gave one star because the pot was intact and one star because the plant lived and gave me a second bloom (with the help of orchid food). I will not shop from The Sill again and will not recommend it to others.

Great olive tree

I was impressed with the size and fullness of the plant when it arrived. Though perfectly healthy, it "leaned" to one side when standing on its own.

Expensive plants arrived crispy and dead, these should not be sent as a ground shipment. These sat at a hub somewhere for 3+ days and when they finally arrived all Of the dirt was out of the pots and in the box. Had to try to get all the dirt and the roots readjusted. Either way these pricey plants are toast. I would advise against ordering

Love my plants!! Arrived so healthy looking!!
