I had a very good experience with purchasing two plants from the sill. They came within a reasonable time and we’re very easy to repot.

Timely delivery - interesting plants received in good condition.

The box for my small plant was completely smashed- so much so that dirt poured out when I picked it up off my front porch. I loved the plant- and it recovered well- but I think stronger boxes and better labeling may be necessary.

My sister loves her birthday present. It came in perfect order, thank you!

I love everything from the sill!!

The plant was beautiful - very healthy and full. The plant was delivered upside down which was not the fault of The Sill. Their excellent packaging of the plant helped to keep the plant from being damaged despite being delivered upside down. Very pleased with my order, and have already ordered 2 more plants!

Ordering was easy. However, the plants we ordered were in significantly worse shape than plants we ordered from a similar company/competitor. There was dirt everywhere as the plastic pots are just tied in plastic bags, and the plants were pretty beat up. The packaging was also difficult to open with large metal staples holding the boxes together. One of the plants we received has lost all but 3 leaves and I am not sure that it will come back. As well, unlike the other company we used which shipped everything already in decorative, self-watering planters, I have to pot everything myself. Only some of the plants I ordered offered decorative pots, and the pots I ordered from The Sill have still not arrived - 2 weeks since I received the plants, so the plants are sitting in plastic pots, some of which were cracked during shipping, so they do not hold water/moisture. Finally, for the 15 plants I ordered, we received 1 packet of fertilizer. Overall, not impressed and would not recommend.
