I received a beautiful plant in early October. It arrived on my doorstep upside down but I didn’t feel that affected the plant. I followed the unwrapping instructions and placed it in the suggested location. Everything seemed fine for the first few days. It then began to look a bit weepy. Over the next few days the leaves began curling and a few days later it died. I have no idea what happened. :(

my 2 plants came kind of beat up and when I told the sill they told me to add soil, I think that for the price I should not have to go buy soil because they plants came beat up in the delivery.

The second pot that was delivered was broken like the first. Fortunately the second pot was less cracked and I was able to fix it, but disappointing. I won't order ceramic pots from Sill in the future due to shipping issues.

Half the pottery I purchased *2 of 4* broke during shipment. The ones shipped with the plants were beautifully and securing packaged. They arrived perfectly. The two sent independently were poorly packaged and arrived shattered- I threw them away and quickly got replacements so plants the lived. I was quite surprised how poorly these were packaged. I also ordered 4 stands; only 2 came. Ordered a lemon care kit that never came. The plants are great, though. If the future, I will just order plants and the plants are so great that I would order again despite a poor first experience

Customer service was amazing, but unfortunately, that plant died too. Maybe that plant is just not made for my house. The other two plants are doing fine. It’s just the calethea that’s giving me problems.

The customer service was great but we received the orchids too late and we didnt have them for the event we specifically ordered them for.
