LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS SITE/STORE! I JUST STARTED TO GET INTO INDOOR PLANTS. PRIOR TO THAT, I DID EVERYTHING I COULD PLANT OUTSIDE! I LOVE FLOWERS, PLANTS, VEGGIES,, AND STARTED TO GET INTO ANYTHING THAT I POSSIBLY COULD WITH MY YARD, OF COURSE, BEING WITH THE FACT THAT I RENT, SOME LIMITATIONS. BUT NOW INDOORS, THE SKY IS THE LIMIT! I STARTED WITH SOME ROOTS TO PLANT N NOW I CANE ACROSS YOUR ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES!

Disappointed. I ordered a bird of paradise plant that is featured on The Sill's website as a lush plant with 12-15 leaves. What arrived was a plant that had only 2 leaves, one of which was snapped in half, and the other had holes in it. Upon delivery I immediately took photos of the plant and sent it to The Sill but they never responded. I followed up not once -- but twice -- and all of my inquires went unanswered. I have ordered plants from Bloomscape in the past and although more expensive than The Sill I can understand why because the products are like comparing apples to oranges (or live plants and dead plants). Definitely do not recommend The Sill.

Poor experience all around. Overpriced items.

I have some good and bad things to say about The Sill. I ordered a $65 ZZ plant with a pink limited edition pot. The plant came in awful condition (could’ve been the carriers fault) but that means the company needs to do a better job at making sure the plant is packaged correctly. Two branches were snapped and some leaves were already turning brown. I contacted the company and it took two days for them to get back and ask if I wanted a replacement or credit (was not offered a refund.) I had to reach out again through chat because I wasn’t receiving an answer after I agreed to the credit. I took the credit and also asked if they could ship the correct color planter. They told me the one I received was pink but might look different under lighting and I said it is definitely the grey planter. After I sent a picture they agreed to send me the correct pink pot. I’m happy they issued me a credit which I used to purchase another plant but I’m scared it’s going to also come in bad condition. I went to Lowes and they had amazing ZZ plants for $14.98. Learned my lesson and that is the last time I’ll be ordering a plant online and shopping from The Sill.

Waste of time, money and energy. After a long wait for the plant to arrive I’m extremely frustrated. My plant arrived in terrible condition. Never again.

The best they can do for their overpriced plants arriving in damaged condition due to their faulty packaging is say: “Live with them!”

The Sill took my money and did not provide a product for that money. After 3 requests, they're not able to produce a tracking number or anything to my satisfaction. They take over 1 business day to respond to every single email to buy themselves more time to find any answer. This is a poorly run service that sells overpriced plants that you can get at your local nursery for 1/3rd of the price.

Very disappointing. They said I cancelled my order. I didn't. This was after a week of me waiting for a delivery notice and an earlier e-mail with a chipper, "your delivery will soon be on the way." Customer service for this: NONE. Just, "sorry about that." A company that really cared about customer service might say, "oh no, we messed up; if you authorize we will place the order again and we'll expedite shipping since you have already waited on us for a week." Nope, not The Sill.
