I’ve placed several orders with The Sill. Each one has come packaged with extreme care, and the plants arrive thriving and ready to come into my home. The Root Ball was pretty crushed and missing most of its dirt. I quickly got it planted and watered but its losing more than half of its leaves. It is very brittle and loses leaves instantly if you touch it or move it. Not sure if that is just shock or if its going to keep losing leaves.

Great Customer service! If there was an issue they fixed it right away!
