The 2 items I ordered arrived earlier than expected 👍🏻 and it was packaged. One of tree did not look « healthy « . The customer service was quick to get back to me and answers all my questions. Now, I just have to wait if the tree grows correctly in the next 2 weeks 😃🙏🏼
