Plants damaged in transit. the plants arrived in poor shape, the boxes were bent out of shape, partially open, and overall disheveled and stressed. It's been just over a week and I'm hoping the plants will bounce back in their new environment but plan to do a full update next week and potentially request replacements.

Plants roots / branches arrived in good condition although the soil was almost completely dislodged and loose from the bucket. Shipping definitely wasn’t careful with it but it survived nonetheless

This was a gift. The gift card was missing. This created confusion for the gift recipient, who had just list her brother. Confusion was not helpful! You delivered the plant food several days before the plant. This also created confusion. Thus, delivery was not good!

I really like that I had no problem making a claim and getting a replacement . My sons bought me a gift card for Mother’s Day. The first plant arrived badly be up, and the pot completely crushed in the box which I promptly took pictures and sent to their claim team and they handled that.What I did not like and will not buy a plant from them again is for both orders the plants came extremely dry and the leaves on both plants where wrecked. The second plant they sent was much smaller than the first. It was wrapped with a heavy duty type paper towel that you could tell had been wet but was completely bone dry. The other issue I had was the delivery of both plants arrived well after the date they gave me.
